G & G Manufacturing QD Conventional Sheaves
G & G Manufacturing offers QD Conventional Sheaves designed for reliable performance in power transmission systems. Available in AB combination grooves (1 to 6, 8, and 10 grooves) and C grooves (1 to 6, 8, and 10 grooves), these sheaves come in solid, web, and spoke designs, depending on size.
With outside diameters ranging from 3.75" to 50.4", they accommodate various industrial applications. Designed for use with QD bushings, including "H" bushings and industry-standard options, G & G also provides splined and hex bores upon request. For safety and efficiency, these sheaves should not exceed rim speeds of 6,500 feet per minute.
